What to expect at IFMI?

We believe that the Holy Spirit and His gifts are vital to the Church today. We believe that the Bible is God’s word, and is essential to knowing God and living a life that honors Him.

Our meetings include a lively and spirit-led time of contemporary worship followed by engaging and relevant teaching from the Bible. This may be followed by personal application with an opportunity to respond to the message in different ways and allow time to be prayed for by the pastors or other believers.

Our Kids Ministry classes start directly after worship, although a nursery is provided throughout the entire service. Our services run from 10:00 AM to approximately 12:00 PM with coffee and conversation before and after."

When I first started to attend IFMI, I was very weary of the circumstances I had been dealing with. Pastor Katherine prophesied that change would be seen within 30 days and there was!

For years I had been struggling with a thyroid disorder and shortly after I started to attend IFMI there was an altar call for healing I went forward and Pastor Katherine asked if I had a thyroid disorder and I said yes. I had never told her about it. They laid hands on me and anointed me with oil and I felt a tingling all over my body. I ran out of thyroid medication and I went to the doctor I told the doctor I had been off the thyroid medication for a week. So they can test to see where my levels were. Long story short my levels were better than they had been while taking medication. I give God all the glory.
